1. Introduction


Welcome to WhatsCloud. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


These terms apply to all users, including business owners, agents, and their customers who access or use the WhatsCloud platform.



2. Description of Service


WhatsCloud is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to integrate with WhatsApp via Meta APIs for:


  1. Sending approved business messages.
  2. Managing customer interactions via live chat.
  3. Creating automation flows and message templates.
  4. Accessing analytics, CRM, and business tools.


All features rely on the Meta WhatsApp Business API and comply with Meta’s approved usage policy.



3. Account Registration


To use WhatsCloud:


  1. You must create an account and provide accurate business details.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  3. You agree to immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access.


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.



4. Acceptable Use


Users agree to use WhatsCloud only for lawful business purposes.

You must not:


  1. Send unsolicited spam messages.
  2. Use the platform for fraud, harassment, or illegal activities.
  3. Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform.
  4. Upload or distribute malicious code.


Violation may lead to permanent suspension or legal action.



5. WhatsApp Business Compliance


All users must follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy.


  1. Only approved message templates can be used to initiate conversations.
  2. Customers must consent to receive messages.
  3. WhatsCloud reserves the right to revoke access if Meta policies are breached.



6. Payments & Subscriptions


  1. WhatsCloud operates on a subscription-based model.
  2. Fees are billed monthly or annually, as selected during signup.
  3. All payments are final and non-refundable except in cases of platform errors.
  4. Failure to renew may result in suspension of service and data loss.



7. Intellectual Property


All software, logos, and content on WhatsCloud are the property of OWNCODES Limited.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written consent.



8. Data Protection


We collect and process user data according to our Privacy Policy

By using WhatsCloud, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.



9. Limitation of Liability


WhatsCloud shall not be held responsible for:


  1. Loss of data, profits, or business due to user misuse.
  2. Downtime caused by third-party API or hosting issues.
  3. Delays or errors beyond our reasonable control.


Our liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid within the last 3 months.



10. Termination


We may suspend or terminate your account if you:


  1. Violate these Terms.
  2. Use WhatsCloud for illegal or abusive activities.
  3. Engage in actions that risk Meta API compliance.


Upon termination, all access to your data and account will be revoked.



11. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.
